Hello!

Need urgent help!!!

I'm a new in audio, so I need an entry level receiver for LED TV Samsung(new one) and DVD Pioneer (with HDMI output).

I have following options:

Denon DRA 500 SP - 420$
AVR 1508SR - 263$
AVR 1709SP - 260$
AVR 390 - 315$

Kenwood KRFV 5300D - 235$

I'd ask which of them is good enough for entry level, that has all "news"

Please help, I need an urgent answer.

Thank in advance to everybody

Of all the receivers you listed not one will process audio over HDMI. The DRA-500 is a stereo only receiver, and the Kenwood is older than HDMI.

Are you sure those are your only options? Do you live somewhere where options are limited? The newer Denon AVR-391 will support audio over HDMI and should be similarly priced.

Thank You so much.

No these are my options, I mean for these prices. I can buy any other for different price. As for entry level, for a beginner may be still any of them will fit me?
You know I do not need 5-6 speakers, a couple would be enough for me.
I am not sure I understand what You mean "audio over HDMI".

Thank very very much again in advance.
