I've got one in my bedroom system. Overall it's a fine player. My main criticism is that the carousel mechanism is pretty clunky sounding & noisy while changing discs. It's quiet while playing the disc, though. The sound is pretty good, too. Ergonomics could be better, but I like the remote, and it's got a pretty powerful IR emitter. The only digital output is coax, so be aware of that if you're using it as a transport.
Only thing is you can probably get a DCM-380 for about the same price. It replaces the '370 & adds MP3 playback capability. That's the main diff. If you don't need to play MP3s, you would probably be happy with either.
