Denon AVR7200W Dolby Atmos Issue

Hey Everyone! I have been struggling with this issue for some time now and have found no solution.
I recently purchased a new home audio system and I have having some odd issues that nobody seems to be able to help me with.

Receiver: Denon AVR7200W (fully upgraded for hdcp 2.2, atmos etc.)
Player: Sony BDP-S7200
Speakers: Martin Logan, 2 front towers, 1 center, 2 rear and 2 middle top ceiling and a subwoofer.

Now the strange thing is, the only movie that works in Atmos is Mad Max, every other movie with Atmos I have tried does not get recognized as Dolby Atmos and only plays as Dolby Surround. I have tried the movies and player on another receiver and it plays Atmos just fine so I ruled them out. I have Amp Assign set to Dolby Atmos with 5.1 and 2 ceiling speakers.

Would anyone have any ideas/suggestions on how to fix this?

I don't have the solution but I am having the same issue with my Denon X6200W and Sony BDP-S7200.

The following blu rays with Atmos from Paramount don't work:
Transformers Age of Extinction
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles
Terminator Genisys
Mission Impossible Rogue Nation

I actually recently solved the issue (2 days ago) and forgot to update here. After talking to Denon several times (the first person that helped me was not very knowledgeable) we managed to figure it out. I even took my player and hooked it up to other Dolby Atmos receivers and it instantly worked, but it turns out that with Denon if the player attempts to mess with the audio signal in any way it will not work properly. For me the solution was as follows:

Go into Setup on the S7200 player, then Audio Settings -> BD Audio MIX Setting and turn it OFF. That solved the issue for me.
You also have to make sure that Amp Assign under Audyssey setup (hope I spelled that right)is set to Dolby Atmos with the correct speaker configuration.
