I have the above AVR and want to use a headset but also want to use my speaker system for the wife. Zone2 is in use 24/7 with internet radio distribution in the house. The front headset jack kills the speakers. So, how to accomplish both - if possible.
The manual is not helpful (for me anyway - too vague). Denon support is pitiful so I come to those who know about this AVR - you.
I am wondering if the HDMI monitor output that goes to the projector still has audio on it or was it stripped out in the AVR for speakers? That's really the question and I have no way to test this.
If it has the audio still present then would something like this extractor work to feed my wireless headphone setup and let the video pass through to the projector?????
