I find it difficult to believe all outputs have blown and if one of the power supplies went out you probably wouldn't have the headphone either. Have you looked on the front panel? Is it possible the tape monitor is on, or the speakers have been turned off?

Make sure you don't have the B speakers active or both sets off.

Or, after MDS' suggestion, check for a possible source selection such as tape loop that would mute most everything. In another word, recheck all your settings and buttons.

I have looked at all of the panel functions and everything looks correct. If I turn the volume up all of the way I can hear the station a little. And yes I did try a different set of speakers. Any other sugestions?

Hard from here but it tells me that with volume all the way up, you hear the FM? from cross talk as it would be the case. So, something is getting to the speakers as it should through crosstalk. It would also indicate that your component is not switching in the other inputs such as CD.

Did this work at all before? I am still of the opinion that a button is not in the right position as it is muting things. But don't experiment at full volume as if you find the culprit, you don't want full volume driving the input signal:eek:
