Denon AVR-5805MK2 vs. Beosystem 3

Hi everybody! I would like to know what you think about the Beosystem 3 compared with the Denon AVR-5805MK2. I just couldn't find much technical info related to the Beosystem 3, B&O does not release much info about its products. So eventhough it is more expensive than the AVR-5805 MK2, i'm not sure if the Beosystem's quality is superior or even.

Any opinions?

Don't know much about B&O, but from all reports the 5802 is one hell of good receiver.

The 5805 is an awesome receiver wwith alot of power and functions. The only gripe I have with the unit is it does not have a sleep function or a night mode. Other than that possibilities are endless.
