Denon AVR-3808IC vs Sony STR-DA5300ES

I'm just about to purchase the Denon AVR-3808IC, and I be confirming the purchase with J&R.com tomorrow. I really had a hard time deciding between the Denon AVR-3808CI or the Sony STR-DA5300ES. I can still change my mind, they are both $1299, but from what I read, it seems like the Denon wins out. Anybody with last minute thoughts? Thanks

The only thing that the sony has that i like is the blue light, 6 HDMI inputs, and A/B front speakers thats it.... Keep the Denon, its a better unit. Also the sony wont overlay the GUI over 1080p video. I didnt know that J and R was selling it for $1300. Maybe i wont wait so long to get one.

I have owned the Sony ES series and the Denon 3xxx and 4xxx series.

You are making the better choice with the Denon. Says me.
