Denon AVR-3806 V Pioneer VSX82TXS

Hi all,
Can some one give me some advice please? I am torn between these two A/V receivers, Denon AVR-3806 & Pioneer VSX82TXS and don't know which one to choose. This is my first post and hopefully many more to come, I know there are alot of very knowlegable people here, so can someone help me out on the pros and cons of each and which you all think will be the better purchase.

Here is a link to a recent discussion about the merits of the VSX-82 vs. the 2807. The 2807 & the 3806 are similar, though there are some differences. 3806 is beefier, 2807 has HDMI, few other things. This might help some.

Really though, both are good receivers.
