Denon avr-2807 trigger out feature

First post. Hello everyone.
I just got a Denon AVR-2807 and it has 2 trigger out jacks in the back. Does anyone know what they're used for, and how exactly to use them? The manual doesn't really say.

I bet it outputs a 12Vdc when the unit is powered. This in turn can control other components that has this feature for turn on.
A projector could come on, a screen could come down, other amps could turn on if you have a power center that has a 12v trigger to activate some of the outlets. By one component turned on, most/all could be turned on at the same time.
