Denon AVR 1801

Can anyone help me witht he Denon AVR101 model? I could use the users manual or some help getting it setup with TV/VCR and DVD?!

Interesting, at the Denon USA website they say one can download the manuals for older receivers, but damned if I can find a way to accomplish this.
