Hello:
I am settling up the Denon AH4700 with my Sony OLED TV but I can't get all speakers activated, namely the rear surround speakers. I have 4 Dolby atmos speakers (front and surround), two surround speakers, rear speakers, front speakers, a center channel, and two subwoofers. The graphics on the TV shows all my speakers but "Info" on the remote doesn't. The rear surround speakers are missing. I run through all the Amp Assigned on the Denon, but to no avail. How do I solve this issue? I tried to upload a picture of the display but this site said the file is too large.

Did you run the auto eq ? Mic and stuff ? Check the connections if so . Strange most avrs let you turn surrounds and every channel on and off . Except mains .. even older models from 2006-10..
Some banana plugs are really tricky to get right.. especially mono price cheaper models .

As mentioned in the other thread (and only one is necessary), seems you have more speakers than number of channels you can run simultaneously, you need an external amp in the mix.
