DENON 755S DVi to HDMI Question....

I have finally decided on a Denon 755S for a DVD player and have a few questions.

Since I will have to convert the DVI output to HDMI for my TV, will this conversion cause any problems in the PQ?

Does anyone have any extra input/opinions on the quality of this player?

It shouldn't change the PQ. The HDMI can actually carry a higher bandwidth than the DVI.
