I am finishing the basement in our summer home and putting in the following system throught the house.
Panasonic EDTV
Yamaha YSP -1
Integra DVD
Integra 5 disc Player
Boston Acoustics Sub
Zone 2 upstairs will be
Xantech Control Pad
Monitor Bronze Speakers
Paradigm outdoor speakers
My question is I have a Denon 5800 reciever that is not being used and can be put into use here or I have been looking at the Integra 6.5 to power this system. What is your opinions on this?
I would like something easy to set up and operate. Denon can be a PIA to set up.
I have noticed that when switching out puts for the sub the Denon will "pop"
when I am starting a dvd, cd, switching to cable. I sent it back to Denon to have it checked out and the said it was perfect.
