Denon 4806 ? Audessy EQ

I am having a problem getting the Audessy EQ to start. The receiver recognizes the mic but doesn't start the test tones. It just goes back to the setup screen. I called Denon and they issued an RA for the mic. Said hopefully that's what it is. I'm not so sure. Any suggestions?

Not a bad mic, just have to use the cursors instead of hitting the center button on the remote... see the link below....

Thanks for both pieces of advice! Receiver sounds and functions great! I have not even had problems w/HDMI. Go figure???
