Denon 4306 Video woes

I finally got around to hooking up the video portion of my 4306, and have run into a troubling problem. I can't seem to get any video source to output to my display from the receiver. I've tried 'em all - HDMI, Component, S-vid, composite, with no luck. My display works just fine directly from each of my sources, and I can get the Denons OSD on all the feeds (even HDMI), but no satellite or DVD video at all. I'm hoping it's just some setup I'm overlooking. Any of you 4306 owners out there have any advice? God, I hate it when I'm wrong...

You've probably done this, but just a thought... In the setup menu, you have to assign each device to it's specific video input (HDMI 2 or Component 1... etc...). Did you check to see that those are assigned correctly?

Yes, I triple-checked each input. After numerous attempts, I finally got the HDMI working. Guess I should've checked the FAQs on the Denon website. The devices have to be powered up in the correct sequence - 1. Receiver 2. Source 3. Display. My bad.

Shoot! That was the easy fix I was hoping it was. The sat. source problem wouldn't surprise me with all the HDMI woes people have been having with their sat receivers and AVR receivers (not just Denon's of course, HDMI switching receivers in general), but the DVD source not working via HDMI even after checking the input assignments in the menu... that seems weird. Maybe someone else has some thoughts... I'm out @ the moment.
