Denon 3910 vs Denon 2910...

In lay's term, what are the primary differences between the Denon 2910 and the 3910 and would the wide price gap bewteen the two units justify the cost increase of the 3910?

I'm thinking for everyday use with a decent system the 2910 would be just fine. Your thoughts?

My dad bought the DV2910 not too long ago. Unless something stands out as a NEED for the 3910 I wouldn't bother. The 2910 has almost flawless picture, coming froma multimedia designer this says alot, and the SACD/DVD-A are soul shattering real. Hotel California and Darkside of The Moon are superb both in timbre and spaciousness.
