denon 3808???

My brother passed me down his receiver"denon 3808".My question now, if it can handle my rear and fronts speakers"klipsch RSX-5 and center klipsch RVX-42",with out any problem. If you guy"s have any suggestion's please let me know thanks.

the denon 3808 is close to the top level receivers. it should handle all your speakers fine.

Yeah, as Mike asked what did your brother upgrade to? BTW, do you have another brother......????? Maybe he will have some gear he wants to get rid of..........hmmm...... if so I will be more than happy to take it off of his hands. No really, you are quite lucky.

I think he said he wanted the 5308, but he is going through a home remodel,so I was more than happy to take it.

Hey guess a buddy of mines has a onkyo HT-SR800, and wants to upgrade either to the onkyo TX-SR875 or the 3808, and wants to know what is the better towards sound and up conversion.
