Denon 3808 pass through HDMI

I was told I could send the HDMI (main) out of a Panny DMP300 3D player, using checkerboard as the 3D type, directly through my Denon 3808 and to Mits DLP. As pass through.

Does any one have this configuration or know if it would work?

I know I can do go from Panny to tv direct, so pass through is the question here.

If I do pass through, I am worried about Denon finding the audio signal also.

Got it just the way I wanted. Panny 3D 350 player output checkerboard format out through Denon 3808 to tv through 1 hdmi cable.

Denon is video selector again, 3D works with Samsung glasses using Mits kit but not using converter, just the emitter and glasses.

Now I just need a hdmi switcher for my 2 sony 400 disc plrs.

All is good...
