Anyone ever had an issue with the GUI? All of the sudden mine quit working, I did all the common checks and couldn't find any issues. A hard reset fixed it but required me to re cal the whole dang thing and I just got my subs where I liked them:mad:.

Can you blame the poor Denon? That Dawg Crusher is probably beating the snot out of it on a daily basis. :)

I talked with tech help at Denon yesterday about this. First, do a firmware update.

If the GUI locks up again, use the Master Power button to turn the receiver off, then on. This should get it working again.

Assuming you have a working receiver and GUI:

Open your browser, enter the receiver's IP in the address bar and click on Setup Menu. At the bottom of the page, you should see one button for Save and another for Load. Click on Save and place it in a convenient place on your computer (a setup config folder on the desktop is where I would put it). Once that's done, you will have all of your settings, including Audyssey. This will be good until any subsequent firmware update. If another update is needed, you will need to save the configuration immediately afterward.

To reload the configuration, enter the IP address as before, click on Setup Menu, look for Load and click on it. Loading or saving the configuration wakes about 5 minutes.

Hope this helps.

Well that would have been useful before I did a hard reset and had to redo everything...

That will help if it ever does this again, thanks.

All I had to do it call Denon Technical. It may be hidden in the manual but when you have 100+ pages, that's not usually the first choice.

I would have called sooner if I had known yours was going to lock up. :D
