Denon 3805 or Yamaha 2400 as preprocessor?

Hello,

I have preamp with processor loop and amplification for 5.1
channels. So I only need preprocessor for multichannel music & movie
use. (and amplification for surroud effect channels for 7.1 material).

Any thoughs, 3085 or 2400 for this purpose?

2400 is about 200€ cheaper here in Finland, but is't not a issue.

This is a topic that I would love to see expanded on, No problem using either one of those units, they are both good choices.
