Merry Chistmas to everyone. I recvd a lg blu ray player for xmas and this is my problem. When watching a DVD or other source the display will only display 5 channel stereo not dolby digital as selected. The component is video 3 and video is selected to auto. When using video 2 source the display will show Dolby digital when selected. Can anyone help me thanks in advance.

If you haven't already, set the blu-ray player up so that it outputs the audio as bitstream. If you have questions about how to do that, let us know which LG model you have.
