(1) Does Denon have or are they planning to introduce a dock that would connect the Ipod to the receiver? I understand that there are other products like the DLO Dock. I know that Onkyo makes a similar product?

(2) Does Denon make or are they planning to make a product similar to the Polk XM "receiver"?

Appreciate any feedback.

1. Yes, models are ASD1RB and ASD1RW - in black and white.

2. Not to my knowledge...

Cheers!

Denon's iPod docks (iDocks) are only compatible with one receiver that Denon has out now, the AVR2807. Your 3805 won't support it (or my 3806). :(

Denon 2807 also will solve the XM problem as it has the tuner built right in.

The 886S, 2106, 3806, 4306 and 4806 all have the XM tuner built in as well.

You can use the iTrip and send the audio on a FM frequency not being used in your area. Also you can use to universal dock to connect to S-video input not being used and line out to RCA L-R input for the same.
