Denon 3805 Component to HDMI

Have a Denon 3805 with no HDMI. Considering buying a 1080p HDTV. Is there a component to HDMI converter box available? If there is, does it make sense? Thanks

HDMI seems to have quite enough problems on its own without trying to convert it to component. Just run an audio out cable to your receiver and forget the HDMI audio portion..........or by a new receiver

I agree with Mort - run your digital audio to the 3805, and skip the receiver with the video HDMI. Go straight from the dvd and cable/sat box to the TV.
