Denon 3313 vs Pioneer SC-61

I'm considering getting either the Denon AVR-3313ci or the Pioneer Elite SC-61. What's your opinion on the relative merits of these two.

Pioneer claims the "Class D" design allows more channels to be driven at higher levels simultaneously. Is this a real advantage, or just a marketing buzz-word?

Denon has Audyssey's MultEQ XT, while Pioneer has their own MCACC equalization program. Is Audyssey better?

Which receiver would you buy? Thanks very much for your advice!

For reference, I have a 7.1 Axiom speaker setup: VP 150 center, 6 ohm max 400w; M60 Ti fronts, 8 ohm, max 250w; four QS 8 surrounds, 6 ohm, max 400w, and 2 pretty big SVS subwoofers powered by a Samson amp. My sources are pretty much all HDMI (FiOS, Blu Ray, Roku, and a home-built pc with a MythTV front-end.)
