denon 2900 red book performance

I have a denon dvd-2900 and was thinking of getting a nad cd player can anyone give me some feedback as to if the denon is ok or should i invest in a standalone cd player, any feedback or brand suggestions are welcome

That Denon will work great for everything. CD players are going to die soon,imo.
