Denon 2807 vs Onkyo SR804?

So - after much research - I'm all ready to buy a Denon 2807... Then, by pure chance, I stumbled across the specs of the Onkyo SR804. It seems to be very comparable to the Denon, but adds HDMI upscaling, a better remote, is easier to set up and use ...and is a couple $100 cheaper.

The thing is, although many places carry it, I can find ABSOLUTELY NO REVIEWS! (I guess it's brand new???). I did find a few reports of the SR803 (which I assume it replaces), all very positive, and other Onkyo models seem to be well rated. (...there are *loads* of reviews of the Denon, of course.)

So, is this Onkyo a worthy competitor? Are there any reviews?

Onkyo makes good receivers, if it has the features you want at a lower price, from a legit dealer, go for it IMO.
