Although the 2805 is fantastic (used to own one), it's probably the absence of HDMI inputs and the rollout of low priced receivers that are HDMI 1.3 capable that's keeping the interest down.

Probably. That's exactly why I'm getting rid of it. I did just get 2 hits on it from my Craigslist ad today though.

What I find interesting, is that people are bothering to look at the thread in the first place. It's not like people don't know what a Denon 2805 is. If you're not interested, why look?

Because the price isn't listed in the subject. If you sold it for something outrageously low like $150 , I'd be all over it.
