Denon 2310ci vs. Onkyo 707

Hello all,
Can't decide between these two. I can pick up a 707 refurbished for about $400 and the denon will run a bit more to get it new.

Both seem almost equal.
I understand onkyo's run hot but very good overall.

Denon's have same EQ ability, nice GUI, run cooler (I guess).

I was completely for the Onkyo until I saw this Denon?

Both are good quality receivers. Just go down the feature list and decide what you need.

Assuming you are buying the US version of the Denon 2310CI, one of the key differences is the Onkyo has preouts while the Denon does not. So, if you get the Denon and decide you need extra power down the line, you are stuck getting a different receiver. Not sure if that is important to you, but it's something to consider before making your decision.

Get both; one for the bedroom and the other one for the main room.
