Denon 2105 question

Hey y'all , I have a 2105 that has 4 digital inputs and one out. I'm trying to switch the the output from the current setting ( optical 2) and having no luck. I saw an old AVS thread where a guy switched outputs in his 2805 with the zone 2 source control- no workey on mine though- also looked at bat pigs denoN dictionary with no result. Any ideas?

I am not sure I fully understand what you are trying to do. The one digital output cannot be changed to or from another digital connection. Also only analog source connections can be used for zone 2. Can you explain what it is you are trying to accomplish?

Im trying to take the digital signal(PCM) from my apple tv or DVD player and run it through my xda 1 then output analog to my behringer slave amp to feed a second zone in the bar area of my basement- I just figured it out-I wasn't using the #1 optical input. Reconfigured to use #1 and now all PCM goes to the dac when I select that function. (even the direct tv plugged into the spdif input as long as it is set to output PCM) sorry if I wasn't clear before but thanks for the reply
