Denon 2105+DVD-2900 or 2805+DVD-2200

What's the better choice for 70% music (CD / DVD-A / SACD) 30% movies:

1 - AVR-2105 + DVD-2900
2 - AVR-2805 + DVD-2200


I'm thinking that given that DVD-A and SACD will be connected to these receivers via analog input money is better spent on the better DVD-2900 converters. Right / wrong?

What's your take on the 2105 vs 2805?

What's the difference between the 2105 and 2805 in musicality?

Both have enough power features for my needds. From the specs the main differences I could see were that _may_ affect musicality are

- 2805 has room EQ vs 2105 doesn't (however reviews of this feature are rather mixed)
- 2805 has 2 AD converters by channel vs 1 for the 2105

Doe they make a real difference?
Anything else I missed that justifies preferring?
