Anybody know if denon will release new av receiver this year(X3800H,X4800H) or they will skip for next year?

Haven't heard a peep, yet.
Hoping SU does something to counter Yamaha, but considering the overall situation of the past 18mos... i'd rather they take the year off than c0ck up another batch of AVRs... and judging by their "update" for the flagship models... they don't have that answer yet.

Wouldn't mind being wrong, here.

As an exemple, the AVR-X3700H had been back ordered for awhile in Canada. Some dealers have started to receive them in limited quantities. Even Bestbuy and Crutchfield are still listing them as out of stock. One of my local dealers received a few units and I reserved one which I should be picking up in the next few days.

I presume that they might still have a good quantity of the 2020 products to distribute before they project to produce 2022 models.
