Denon 1613 - New setup - Video but no sound

Hey I could use some help here. I just got done seting up a new home theater system. Got it hooked up to a Denon 1613. I have digital cable (time warner). Hooked up with HDMI cables. Picture is fine coming through the receiver to the tv but I got no sound. Sound is still coming from my TV though. FM radio works on my receiver and sounds good coming through the speakers so I'm assuming everything is hooked up fine. Any ideas on what I can do? Pretty new at all this so it could be pretty simple.

Under HDMI audio set-up in the receiver menu - do you have the audio output set for/to Amp?

Under audio settings set the HDMI out to off, to get sound from speakers connected to the receiver.

Most receivers will only send sound to the speakers or the TV but not both at the same time.
