Delta-Sigma

Does anyone have an understandable write up on Delta-Sigma modulation? Having forgotton much of the math I learned while majoring in comp sci and minoring in math I am at a loss. I understand only basic electronics so circuits tend to not be helpful either.

Read that one (wikipedi is the first place I look). I found it confusing. The person (or people,) who wrote it probably understood it just fine, but did not break the process down into steps I could understand.
