I just wanted to give praise to Adam with definitive Technology customer service. I picked up a pair of bipolar 7002 at a garage sale last Friday for 150$. The speakers work as they should and sound amazing to me. The only thing that is wrong with them is that the socks had been removed by the previous owner. So I looked around online and could not find any for sale and In fact read a lot of negative post about def techs support. I had nothing to lose but time and called. Adam answered the phone after a 10 min wait and ordered me a pair of socks free of charge. He simply said it’s a minimum amount and they would cover it then took down my information.
