Def Tech clr 2500 help

I have a clr 2500 that my little girl was playing behind the other day. I checked everything out and all seemed fine. However, two days later the powered sub stopped working. I unplugged it and heard that thump, so I figured the amp was working. Plugged it back in and the red light in the back came on, but no sound from the sub woofer, after a while the light went off. The tweeter and mids appear to be fine, and I checked all connections.

Can anyone offer some suggestions before I send this to the dealer for repair?

did you check to see if the sub level is turned all the way down? Also recheck all your receiver settings to make sure it's set to large.

call def tech customer service...they are pretty good at walking you through things

I checked the sub level and its turned up, but no sound and the red light in the back is no longer on. Pre-amp settings remain the same.

It looks like I will give Def Tech a call.
