Just got some BP7006 towers to replace my BP8s, so I'm looking to sell the pair for $400. They are in great condition, but I don't have the boxes so it will have to be a local sale. I'm in the Charlotte, NC area, but would be willing to drive a reasonable distance to meet with someone who wants to get them.

Or if you want to pay for boxes from def tech, I can order them and ship the speakers to wherever.

bump means he's putting the post back to the top of the page.

I've decided to keep these speakers and use them in another room, therefore they are no longer for sale.

I thought that this was just about the most subtle form of a classified ad bump that I'd seen so far, but then you said:

Glad that you're finding a good place for them. I'm sure that they would have missed you. :)

Let me know if you change your mind. I could meet you halfway in Greensboro (I'm in Raleigh).

I may be willing to still sell them, but as a package... the BP8s and CLR 2002 for $800. The BP8s are in excellent condition, and the CLR 2002 is in like new condition.

New life for old speakers

Good deal ! I found new life for my BP2006s after they were replaced by BP7002s. Now the 2006s are no longer sad, thinking they were going to get kicked out of the house and become orphans.

P.S.- I did find a useful second life for those random speakers that had the nine 4 1/2" cones. On their stands, they made good end tables, until I upgraded the media room furniture. I think they might have produce theibest sound as end tables  :D :D and with blow paper cones, they finally went the way of the Green WI truck!
