Hoping to get some help on which way to go here. I'm looking for more output. I had an ED A3-300 that I was very pleased with so I am about to make another purchase but I am undecided. My question is, wouldn't the ED A5-350 at 500w have more output than the HSU VTF-15 at 350w? What abot the Rythmik FV15 at 370w? My room is approx. 3400 sq ft, I'm 80% movies, 20% music.

They are all roughly going to give the same output and be within a few db of each other. The Rythmik though will have the best SQ of the bunch. The ED would be my second choice. I actually upgraded from trying a pair of ED subs to Rythmik and haven't looked back since. Regardless for HT any of them will get the job done well.

Do you still have the 300? If so just buy another. It's weird, but in my room with the 2 subs 18' apart across the room I get about 5dB more output than just running one.
