OK this is bugging me and I have no clue why this is happening so I thought maybe somebody might help me. I have a DBX 2BX. When I connect it to my 6200 tape monitor ( 1 or 2 ) there is no sound from the left channel. Right is fine and the 2BX works ok. If I switch cables from left to right on the 2BX the right channel is out. When I bypass the 2BX or dis-engage the tape monitor button on the 6200 sound comes from both channels. So I thought great the 2BX is screwed up.
Well I thought lets do an experiment. I took the 2BX and hooked it up to my Pioneer SX-737. Engaged the tape monitor switch and wal-la .... sound coming from both channels and the 2BX is working fine. So I'm stumpped ..... Is theres something wrong with my MA6200 or with the DBX 2BX.
