David Gilmour "On An Island" CD

I bought the On An Island CD by David Gilmour last night.
If your a Pink Floyd fan, you'll like this CD a lot!
I would give it a 4.5/5 on performance and a 4.8/5 for the recording.
I should not convey the numbers game, so in a nutshell just say yes and buy it!

I've been listening for a couple days now and see a strong resemblance to pre-DSOTM Floyd. This makes me happy, for it is good.

It took me a while to actually like this CD. Probably because I went in expecting something more "Floydish". But after all it's not Pink Floyd.
Now I really like it.
