Here's my home theater. My condo's kinda small, so the speaker placement isn't ideal. But hopefully I'll be able to fix that when we move to a bigger house.

I'll give 10 cool points to anyone that can figure out what movie was playing when I took the picture.

The funny thing is that I was trying to keep all my furniture the dark brown color of the little dresser there. But I ended up getting a smokin' deal on the Beech VR2's. Then that cherry color vinyl was the closest color I could find to the dark brown. Then I ended up buying that entertainment center last week off of Craig's List and it matches the sub!!! Too funny.

Nice looking system, I like the Boston VR2s the Beech looks very nice IMO.

Well don't tell me on this thread, in fact I don't need to know at all because I don't think I have seen one Korean movie, so I know I don't know what it is.

The Beech color is quite a bit lighter than the others but wood goes with wood pretty much regardless of the color. I gave up trying to match furniture to the reddish brown color of the wood floor in my office but dark brown (espresso) works as does medium brown, honey colored oak, etc.

I think the system looks nice.

Looks good now that you have it all set up. I will have to drop by to hear the new receiver sometime. That sub worked out pretty well for my bro; he was happy. I know you have a restriction on the left side, but I would try to pull the Bostons out (forward) slightly - it will improve imaging. That ent. center looks nice, especially the color.

How far should I move the VR2's out? Unfortunately, I can't move them too much as there won't be much room to walk in front of them.

Yeah, I think the EC was a steal at $500. The tower's are HELLA heavy. Getting them into position was a real pain. Yeah, come by and check out the 661. You gotta hear those lossless audio tracks. Glad your brother is digging the Earthquake.

I'll move 'em tonight. How does moving them forward improve the imaging?

You get a bit of a "hole" in the center because the sound is obstructed by the stuff in the middle.

It looks like a scene from Old Boy, but I don't think it is. On that note, though, have you seen Old Boy?

I think it IS Oldboy, but I wanted to see if anyone else would get it. If it isn't Oldboy, it is likely one of the others in the trilogy.

Thanks, I'm pretty surprised I'm right. That was the first movie I thought of when I looked at it, so I just went with it. However, it is an *excellent* film. I think it'll be the next DVD I pick up.

Sounds good to me. Especially the new sub. Rythmik makes a great product.
