Looking at these two speakers right now. Can get a great deal on them. The 8 for 699 and the 6 for 549.This is for 2 channel music only system
These speakers were at 1800 for a pair not long ago. Great reviews on them as well. Here is the issue. I do have a smaller room. 15x17...
The 8's review says the bass can be a little heavy and will wash out the treble at times...
The 6's are a notch away from a perfect review. They say it lacks a little bass to be perfect..
I don't want to fall into a spot where I need a sub but have a Martin Logan Grotto if I need it. Any thoughts to help my question on what way to go? I will be coming of of Klipsch RF82's that are to harsh in the high range for music, but the low end is good.
