So I'm not sure if this is the right area to post this in, please forgive me if it's not.
I've tried searching but wasn't really sure what to search for without just throwing in keywords in a pathetic attempt to form a sentence string.
Having said that, I'm interested in buying A Swan M200MKII pair for my PC (if anyone has any suggestions on speakers, go for it). And I'm not too sure how I would hook them up to my pc. I'm relatively new to the audioscene, and am looking for some kickass speakers for Gaming, Music, and Movies.
From what I've found from google, I'd need a soundcard. But then I found DACs, and wasn't sure which one would be a better substitute. Should I get a soundcard that supports RCA? Or just get a DAC. If I get a DAC, do I connect it to the pc via USB? Any suggestions on either a soundcard or a DAC product would be lovely.
