D-Box Surround Mains and SubWoofer

I will start by saying I know very little about speaker systems.
I want to sell a surround system and I thought I'd start here because you folks may be interested or could at least tell me what I have. I haven't got them on the market (CL/Kijiji etc.).

I have a D-Box speaker system....right and left towers, R & L Rears, Center and a nice size Subwoofer. I can't even remember what I paid for them. I can guess.....$200-$300 for the main towers, $400 for the Subwoofer and maybe $300 for the Surround speakers...........does that sound right?

I'd probably want about $500 for the lot.
But I'd be open to offers.

They're very nice speakers - I'm only selling them because we're downsizing and we have to get rid of them. I have another surround system packed away and I don't even know what it is but it's a middle-of-the road....I think I paid about $300 or $400 for it and I'd sell it for $100.

Is this stuff even worth anything? I'm going to putting it out in a yard sale in a few weeks. If it doesn't sell it's going the the Salvation Army or Value Village here in Nanaimo. If anyone's interested and is local give me a call.

No - they are not worth much......give them to the SaliAnne or ValueVillage.
