Cyrus One + DAC or Audio Streamer?

I have a 2017 Cyrus One which I am enjoying, except for the aptX Bluetooth sound. It's 'near CD quality,' but I want better quality from my Spotify/iPhone to my One.

I'm deciding between a DAC and Streamer, and I don't need to be wireless so I can either have my computer plugged into the computer or iPhone. Wireless is a bonus but I'd rather not sacrifice sound for it.

A streamer seems good because I can potentially control my music via remote, leaving my phone or computer connected to the streamer.

So my questions are:
-DAC or streamer
-a streamer with a DAC
-a separate streamer and separate DAC
-overall, which brands/models (I'm partial to Cambridge, Bluesound, Auralic)

What's a Cyrus One? Some sort of amp/pre-pro/receiver? That's the forum you're in so am guessing somewhat...

In order to have CD quality you'd need to start with same....Spotify does not offer that, at least not last I checked, at best 320 kbps (CD would be 1411 kbps). You can stream whatever you have over wifi/dlna rather than bluetooth, though. I use foobar2000 on my computer and stream to my wifi/dlna devices or via bubbleupnp app (android) on a phone to use foobar2000 as a library (or the phone's contents) to stream flac files (ripped from cd) to wifi/dlna devices.

Might help to know what all your gear is you plan to interface with....

Iphone does not support aptx.

Didn't search with google, nor am I in the UK, but the first page of results of searching "cyrus one" got me data center solutions and real estate investment trust references and I stopped looking....

So a 2ch analog integrated amp to sum it up. Your sources will only be Spotify or files on your phone? Any interest in hi-res files or optical discs or ?
