Customer support help

Hi,

I don't really know where to post this, but my dad ordered some speakers off of the online store. We are having a really hard time getting a hold of anyone in customer support regarding his order status that was supposed to be delivered this past Monday Sept 12th. We have called the 877-246-5427 number and have sent emails and have not had any contact back. Very frustrated with the lack of customer support. Is their a different number that we can call?

Same problem here. Would be great if they could improve the customer service.
