CUE to FLAC converter?

Not sure if this is the correct place to post this.... But i got a couple of albums in .CUE and .APE file format.... it's 2 files for the whole album... i'm looking to find a way to convert it to .FLAC file format (1 file per song)

Or find free ape decoder and flac encoder.

I've used cuesplitter to split single file mp3s, but I don't know if it works for other formats.
