I kind of inherited this amp from a friend who was giving it away. Is it as simple as connecting it using RCA/XLR cables to my Denon AVR 3805? Granted I will never use all 300 WPC from the Crown but was hoping it would eliminate the clipping / distortion of the Denon at the upper volume settings. Please dont get too technical to the point of not understanding. I would like to know if it would work and if not how I am asking, how would it work. I dont have a mixer or preamp. Would I need an in-line transformer? If so how do you wire that?
