So, with the Crown XLS 1502 + BKG Pro , can I gain 3dB,without damaging / clipping / overheating the drive ?!

The BKG's are rated for 250w rms, the amp your using now is rated for 150w rms. The difference in going from 150 to 250 watts is just around 2 dB. You'd need to run them out of spec at 300 watts rms to gain 3 dB in output, but you run an increased risk of damaging the BKG's.

I think lovin thought that the BKG pro was the amp and not the butt kicker units themselves and that is why he said what he said.

I want to buy the Crown XLS 1502 for Buttkicker Gamer Pro, for sim racing, flight simulators, PC - Simhub
The default Buttkicker Gamer Pro amp is getting pretty hot ( and clipping ) if I increase the volume, up to 24 %
Can anyone please, help me ? I don't know much about that kind of stuff.
Any advices are welcome, thank you

No, but this is a known issue, I guess.
I don't know how to proceed. Don't want to damage the drive
A bit off topic : I'm thinking about getting the TST 429
As I said, I use it only for racing and flight simulators.
It's pretty expensive, and I need a good amp.
Any advices, guys?

So it appears to be an amp. You can't combine amps like you propose.
