Crossover and cut off freq?

Hi! I have a simple home theater setup with the following specs below (screenshots) connected to a SONY STR DH550.

I have a cutoff freq handle on the sub and I have all speakers set to SMALL, but what crossover freq should I use for the front, center and surrounds? And what cut off freq should I set my subwoofer at?

What do you guys recommend?

Try setting the front speakers to 90 or 100 Hz, center and surrounds to 150 and the subwoofer to 120 or 150. You are going to have to play with it within a narrow range and settle on whichever settings sound best to you.

Ok thanks auto cal put the crossover to 120 fronts 200 and 140 to the surround? Seems a bit odd i think?
