Cross-over question

Hello everyone I did a search before posting and did not seem to find the answer I was look for. Here is my setup:
Athena AS-R1 Bi-Pole Rear Surround Center ASR1
Athena Point5 System MK II Surround Speakers System
YAMAHA HTR-5750 6.1 Channel Digital Home Theater Receiver
YAMAHA SW315 10" Powered Subwoofer

Athena's directions state I should set the Center and all SAT's to large in the setup, I did do that, what should the cross-over be set to, it defaulted to 80. Here are the specs of the SAT's:

Frequency response: 60 Hz - 20 kHz +/-3 dB
Recommended amplifier power: 20 - 100 watts
Room efficiency: 89 dB
Crossover point: 2.0 kHz
I think I should change the cross-over in the receiver to 60 instead of 80 also
does that sound right? Thanks for the help again BTW I love the Athena speakers music sounds great I just need to get the movies sounding good now.

Set the speakers to small. Turn the subs crossover all the way up. Play a dvd with a frequency sweep. Adjust the receivers crossover until you have a seemless transition from sat to sub with no volume loss. 80 or 100 Hz will probably be your best setting.

if you don't have one of the dedicated test disks, use something like the Star Wars trilogy that has the THX test routines
